Blue & Gold Night: Wed. 10/29 5:30 - 8:30 PM
Join us for a Community-Wide event! Our annual Akins Blue & Gold Night will be in the main courtyard and cafeteria area on Wed., 10/29, 5:30 - 8:30 PM. There will be food, fun, fundraising opportunities for clubs and organizations, and performances! More details to come!

TSI Summer Testing
Pending proctor and room availability, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Walk-ins are Welcome for the TSI Test (in-person) this summer. AISD is closed on Fridays during the summer. AISD and Akins ECHS are also closed the week of June 28 - July 7,

Parent Teacher Conferences Mon. 10/20
Come meet with all of your students' teachers. Administrators & Counselors may also be available. Please bring your students. No appointment is needed. Spanish Interpreters will be available*. Monday, October 20th, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (closed for lunch 12 - 1 PM)*.
PTSA & CAC Meetings - First Wednesdays! @ 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM

Homework Haven & Tutorials
Homework Haven begins on Wed. 9/24. Students who need extra tutoring for their courses may join the Homework Haven teachers in the library (Mondays - Thursdays only). Please arrive on time. Late students will not be permitted entry.
