Program Description- Akins 2025 Summer School Program has been designed to help students recover required credits they lost during the school year or previous school years. Students can enroll in teacher-led or computer-based instruction.
Students who need to prepare for STAAR/EOC retesting for English 1, English 2, Algebra 1, or Biology, will participate in a teacher-led EOC Prep course. Successful completion of EOC prep and summer testing can result in credit being recovered.
IMPORTANT: STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN CHROMEBOOKS AND CHARGER FOR CLASS
Step 1: Meet with your courselor to review credits and EOC test scores
Step 2: Register IN-PERSON on May 29th or May 30th at Akins High School to choose your classes and confirm your seat.
