Mariachi Ensemble

Requirements for this ensemble are that you are enrolled in a performing music ensemble for a grade (band, guitar, orchestra, choir, etc). Mariachi is a newly added course to Akins, if interested or need more information, please email Ms. Lopez.  

Guitar Class Materials

• You will need your own instrument: Violin, Guitar, Trumpet
• You will need your own instrument materials: bow, rosin, strings, picks, slide grease, valve oil
• Instruments provided are: Guitarron & Vihuela​.
