Saturday School for the 2025-2026 school year begins on Sat., 10/4.
Saturday School is held in the library. Students must enter through the library doors to the right of the main entrance (near the A+ Bank and Solar Classroom). Students must arrive by 9 am and sign in. NO late students are permitted to enter.
Saturday School has 2 major components:
- Regular Saturday School
- Delta credit recovery
- No Credits NCs/Attendance Recovery
Starting time- 9:00 am, Ending time- 12:00 pm
Students must bring the following to be admitted into Saturday School.
- Reading materials
- Appropriate technology use, such as a district-issued Chromebook and charger.
- Assignments, Homework, Projects
- Special arrangements with teachers for taking quizzes or tests (tests are left with the staff). It is up to the student to come prepared and ready for Saturday School.
Most students attend Saturday School to clear NCs (No Credit) for classes that they have taken before. They work with their assistant principals on a plan to clear the NCs. Oftentimes, teachers and students make special arrangements for students to make up assignments or take tests during Saturday School.
The following are reasons for attending Saturday School:
- Clearing No Credits (NCs)
- Discipline referral by the assistant principal
- Tutoring/homework. There may not be a teacher specific to your subject matter present during Saturday School
- Delta credit recovery
