Diplomas Pick Up

All Diplomas that have not been picked up since 2000 are available for pick up at the registrar's office.

Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

or 

Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm during June & July

Replacement Diploma

If you're a former graduate and need a replacement diploma, you can visit the Registrar's Office and request a Duplicate Diploma Order Form. This form is only available as a hard copy- the form is not available electronically. 

Once you receive your Duplicate Diploma Order Form, follow all instructions on the form carefully, and submit the form with your payment directly to the school's diploma vendor listed on the form. After you submit your form and payment, you'll receive your replacement diploma directly from the school's vendor within 4-6 weeks. All follow-up communication must be done directly with the school vendor, not Akins High School. Please do not mail forms or payments to Akins High School.

If you have moved out of state and need a replacement diploma, you may send a letter requesting a Duplicate Diploma Order Form to the following address:

Please make sure the letter includes your name (used while attending Akins High School), date of birth, year of graduation, a copy of your State Issued ID or Driver’s License, a contact number and your mailing address.
