Diplomas will be available for pick up beginning Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the registrar's office.

Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Replacement Diploma

If you're a former graduate and need a replacement diploma, you can visit the Registrar's Office and request a Duplicate Diploma Order Form. This form is only available as a hard copy- the form is not available electronically. 

Once you receive your Duplicate Diploma Order Form, follow all instructions on the form carefully, and submit the form with your payment directly to the school's diploma vendor listed on the form. After you submit your form and payment, you'll receive your replacement diploma directly from the school's vendor within 4-6 weeks. All follow-up communication must be done directly with the school vendor, not Akins High School. Please do not mail forms or payments to Akins High School.

If you have moved out of state and need a replacement diploma, you may send a letter requesting a Duplicate Diploma Order Form to the following address:

Please make sure the letter includes your name (used while attending Akins High School), date of birth, year of graduation, a copy of your State Issued ID or Driver’s License, a contact number and your mailing address.

Diploma de Reemplazo

Si es estudiante de una clase graduanda anterior, puede visitar la Oficina de Registraduria y pedir un formulario para ordenar un diploma. Este formulario es solo disponible en copia fisica- el formulario no esta disponible electronicamente.

Cuando reciba su formulario, debe seguir todas las instrucciones y someter el formulario con su pago directamente al proveedor. Una ves envie su formulario y su pago, recibira su diploma directamente de parte de el proveedor en 4-6 semanas. Todo tipo de comunicacion debe ser directamente con el proveedor, no con nuetsra escuela. Por favor no envie su formulario o pagos a Akins High School.

Si se mudo fuera del estado y necesita ordenar un diploma, puede enviar una carta a la siguiente direccion:

Asegure que su carta tenga la siguiente informacion: su nombre (el nombre que uso cuando era estudiante), fecha de nacimiento, año en que se graduo, una copia de su identificacion, un numero telefonico donde se puedan comunicar con usted y su direccion postal.
