PART I- ONLINE REGISTRATION

Complete your student online registration. Go to https://portal.austinisd.org/ and create a new student account. If your child has attended any AISD school previously, just log in to your existing parent portal. 

PART II-  PAPERWORK SUBMISSION FOR REGISTRATION

 Students MUST be present to complete enrollment

 STEP 1-  Do online registration on Parent Cloud (fill out the forms electronically). 

 STEP 2- Bring the completed paperwork to the New Student Registration (See above for dates & times).

Documents Required:

• Child’s birth certificate
• Child’s social security card (optional)
• Child’s immunization records
• Child’s withdrawal form; Last report card and/or unofficial transcript
• Parent/guardian photo ID
• Proof of residency (current gas bill, electric bill, lease, or mortgage statement in Parent's Name or Legal Guardian's Name)
• Proof of guardianship (if applicable)

  GUARDIANSHIP INFORMATION - Must be done before you submit any enrollment documents for this child. If you are not the parent/guardian of the student you are enrolling, please email lourdes.arias@austinisd.org 

 STEP 3-  Once the paperwork is submitted and approved, registration is complete.

PART III - ACADEMY SELECTION AND MEETING WITH COUNSELOR

STEP 4- The student receives information about the 7 academies. 

STEP 5- Counselor contacts the student & parent before the end of the day for the 8 courses.

Registro de nuevos estudiantes para el año escolar 2022-2023

Fechas: Cada miércoles del mes de junio (8, 15, 22 y 29)

Hora: Sesión de la mañana 8:30 am - 12 pm Sesión de la tarde 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Lugar: Biblioteca

PARTE I- REGISTRO EN LINEA 

Valla a  https://portal.austinisd.org/ a crear una cuenta para estudiante nuevo. Si su estudiante ha estado anteriormente en alguna escuela del distrito, entre a su actual Portal de Padres. 

PARTE II-ENTREGA DE DOCUMENTOS PARA REGISTRO

El estudiante TIENE que estar presente para completar registro

PASO 1- Haga el registro en línea en la Nuve de Padres (complete todas los documentos en línea). 

 PASO 2- Traiga todos los documentos al momento de registro. (Ver arriba para fechas y horarios). 

Documentos requeridos:

• Certificado de nacimiento del niño
• Tarjeta de seguro social del niño (opcional)
• Registros de vacunación del niño.
• Documentos de baja del niño; Última boleta de calificaciones y/ó transcipción de créditos no oficial. 
• Identificación con foto del padre/tutor
• Prueba de tutela (si corresponde)
• Prueba de residencia (factura actual de gas, electricidad, ó agua, contrato de apartamento ó hipóteca de la casa (tiene que estar a nombre del padre ó tutor legal).
• Prueba de Tutor Legal (si aplica) 

    INFORMACÓN DE GUARDIAN/TUTOR - Debe completarse antes de entregar los documentos

    de registro del niño. Si usted no es el padre o tutor del niño que esta registrando por favor envie un  

    correo electrónico a lourdes.arias@austinisd.org 

PASO 3- Una vez que se presenta y aprueba el papeleo, el registro es completado. 

PARTE III- SELECCIÓN DE ACADEMIA Y REUNIÓN CON EL/LA CONSEJERO/A 

PASO 4- Un Coordinador de Academias ofrece al estudiante información sobre las 7 Academias

PASO 5- El consejero se reune con el estudiante y el padre antes del final del día para los 8 cursos.
